Build and Release activities of Java& J2EE environment.
The person should be flexible to work in shifts (1 PM to 10 PM or 10 AM to 7 PM etc).
Should have attitude to learn Build and Deployment activities of other technologies and should act as back up for other team members
Good Analytical skills to extrapolate information and troubleshoot problems
Good knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle.
Excellent communication and analytical skills and should be a quick learner.
Should be self motivated to handle the tasks assigned to him/her and the team he/she is be responsible for.
Must be an innovative and integrative thinker quick to visualize solutions and generate ideas.

Must have executed at least Portal/web/CMS development projects.
