Experienced: 6 - 24 Months (Upto 2 Years of Experience)
Basics / Fundamentals of Networking, Computer Hardware & Operating
Systems (For Technical Support)
CCNA / MCSE will be an added advantage.
Similar work experience in Technical & Non -Technical Support / Voice
Support required for the Experienced.
