How to Apply USCIS for H1 Visa Transfers?

The H-1B is a non-immigrant visa in the United States under the Immigration and Nationality Act allows US employers to temporarily employ foreign workers in specialty occupations such as Networking, Telecom, IT, Business, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Architecture, Engineering, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Social Sciences, Medicine and Health, Education, Law, Accounting, Business Specialties, Theology,  Arts, Teaching And Researches.

The important documents for getting the visa are H-1B sponsorship job offer from US, college records and certificates, evidence of license, CV including their names, address, job title, permanent address, working time (part time/ full time).

The duration of H-1B visa is 0-6 years. It may be extended up to 10 years for the people who are all working for United States Department of Defense.
