Program Director / Program Manager Roles
Experience in managing a program end-to-end
Experience in working with very senior level executives in a bank like CIOs and CTOs. Report to board and Steering committee
Manage exec stakeholder expectations
Agree deal construct & partnership model; provide contractual signoff
Ensure performance alignment with contracts & expectations
Macro manage the program and the critical path.
Manage the individual stream program managers.
Day to day leadership and direction for all work streams and Ensure alignment between work streams
Manage program within agreed budget, timelines and scope
Manage work stream resourcing
Manage delivery to contractual goals
Coordinate inputs for business case and help prepare business plan and roadmap for clients
Develop workplan, resource plan, release plan and cost estimates for the next phase
Vendor management
Key Skills / Qualifications
Must have managed at least a team of 200 people and with at least 18 years of experience
Managed large and critical projects ( arnd USD 10-20 M)
Strong knowledge of Banking domain and managed large implementation programs
