Industry experience (Preferably Japan) in life insurance operations in Policy Administration, Underwriting, Accounting, Billing, Claims - at least 8 yrs
Knowledge of Datawarehousing
Knowledge of Data Modeling
Knowledge of ETL - Informatica
Oracle, Oracle PL/SQL
Oracle Policy Administration product knowledge
Consulting experience in Life Insurance related projects
Domain Skills
Life Insurance industry experience IT exposure related to Life Insurance (Preferably Japan)
Life Insurance professional qualifications – such as LOMA certifications
Should have experience in life insurance industry functioning with good knowledge of insurance practices (preferably Japan)
Must be able to understand the insurance IT process model and suggest ways to improve.
Should have worked for at least one insurance company as insurance domain/functional expert.
