Areas of Responsibilities:
Proposals
To participate/lead in proposal making, design the solution according to the organisation imperitives, prepare and review estimates. Take bottom line for schedules and position suitably towards wining of the deal
Contract and Agreement
Provide inputs on the delivery aspects in the contract to limit the financial risk aspects.
Project Scoping and Estimation
Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, Conduct workshops if required
Lead the estimate activities, communicate accordingly to the stake holders
Plan for the budgets required for the execution and delivery of the projects.
Resource planning
Prepare resource plan, people, infrastructure and liaison with internal groups to accomplish the same.
Quality and Risk Planning.
Identify the internal quality goals
Comply with internal quality mandates
Create a risk management plan, ensure to minimize any adverse impact to the project.
Testing
Perform validation activities, Functional, Integration, System and user experience.
Conduct unit testing , validation of defects found, participate in performance testing
Implementation
Participate in creating the implementation plan in alignment with the quality plan and work towards the go live dates.
Warranty
Respond to production issues.
Transition
Prepare KT sessions, document the understanding etc.
Production Support, Maintenance, Client Management, Knowledge Management.


Competencies:
Technology - Java/J2EE or Microsoft Technologies or Mainframe or BI (any product) or a combination of any of these.
Knowledge of Software Engineering processes, Knowledge of design methods and tools
Project Management experience, should have been a Programmer analyst atleast for 3 years
To possess Industry Knowledge, Knowledge of Build
To possess Analytical Ability, Learning and Innovation, Customer orientation, Planning and Organizing
Graduate in Technology/engineering (4 years) with minimum of 800 Toiec score.
Domain knowledge of Life Insurance.

ASP Programmers –

ACS is looking for ASP Programmers – for Full Time and on Free Lance Basis.
The Applicants should have a minimum work experience of 6 months to 4 years in developing Web Applications using ASP/ .Net.
Very Strong concepts of RDBMS must.
Should be a self starter, and willing to take initiative.
Should have expertise in Javascript, VB Script, XML.
Should be willing to work with defined development standards.
Good written and verbal Communication Skills, excellent problem solving skills, ability to understand and produce technical documentation, and ability to work in teams are must.

Key Job Responsibility –
Will be Responsible for successful completion of Tasks assigned
Will complete any responsibilities assigned in Software Development Life Cycle of Projects.
